Lets Get in Shape in Seattles' Greatest Park!

We are very excited to announce starting on Wednesday, June 3rd, we will be offering Group Fitness Classes at Green Lake utilizing our different vessels!

When is it? We will be hosting classes on Wednesday and Sunday mornings at 9 and 11 A.M.

What’s it look like? Class is 1.5 hours long. You’ll start out on land with 30 minutes of stretching and a small circuit style workout to raise your heart rate. After that, you’ll spend 15 minutes each on the Stand Up Paddle Board (core/shoulders), the Eclipse Paddle Board (all legs, foot operated rather than paddle operated) and the Kayak (back/arms). The final 15 minutes will be spent on a small cool-down/stretch. This is an amazing full body workout, hitting virtually every muscle.

Who is teaching? Classes will be taught by our General Manager, Cody, Certified in Personal Training/CPR & First Aid through the National Academy of Sports and Medicine (NASM).

How much does it cost? Classes are $35. This is an amazing value considering just the renting of the vessels alone would be $24. Throw in an killer workout in Seattles’ best park, and its easy to see why this is a great bang for your buck.
